Saito founded I/O Software, Inc. in California in 1991 and built it into a global leader in security software development. He devised the world’s first biometric authentication system with Sony, and got Entrepreneur of the Year by Ernst & Young as a first-ever Asian. Now he currently works with Japan’s National Institute of Advanced Industrial Science and Technology to helping develop a new generation of entrepreneurs and ventures. |

President Mr. Tomotaka Gouchi Mr.Norihito Shiraishi Mr. Gouchi has graduated from Tokyo University and later received an MBA from Stanford University. In 1996, he joined Ministry of International Trade and Industry where he put together Limited Partnership Act for Investment. Mr. Gouchi is the founding member of UTEC which was established in April, 2004, a venture capital investment company. In 2006, he became CEO of UTEC. Tella Inc., one of the companies he served as Director from the start of the company, was listed in the JASDAQ NEO market in March, 2009. He also serves as Executive Board Member of Japan Stanford Association. |
